Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All COLAMY chairs shipped within the contiguous United States can be returned within 30 days as long as the chair is in like-new condition with the original packaging, customer just need to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

If you’ve received damaged products, please notify COLAMY within three days of receipt, in which case we will cover the return shipping fee for damaged items only. Damaged items can be returned for a full refund, or replaced under the COLAMY Warranty Policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Products that suffer from defects during their useable lifetime, as outlined in the COLAMY Warranty Policy, qualify for repair or replacement at no cost to the customer, inclusive of shipping costs. Please review the COLAMY Warranty Policy for further details.

Return Timeline

  • Returns must be approved by COLAMY within 30 days of receipt through email hello@colamychair.com.
  • Once approved, we’ll pass along your pre-paid return shipping label and all the instructions needed to ship back your item.
  • Return shipping labels need to be printed by the customer returning the product and affixed to the original box.
  • Return labels expire after 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us.
  • Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 7-15 business days for the refund to be debited back to the original payment method.

  • COLAMY CHAIR reserves the right to inspect all returns and determine applicable restocking and/or re-boxing fees. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items. Please pack your return carefully so it will not be damaged in shipment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to the correct location in good condition, including its original packaging.
  • Orders over 1k will be subject to return shipping costs in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
  • We do not offer exchanges for our products at the moment. You could start a refund request.
