All COLAMY chairs shipped within the contiguous United States can be returned within 30 days as long as the chair is in like-new condition with the original packaging and will be subject to the cost of return shipping. To request a return, please contact our team at

Return Timeline

  • Returns must be approved by COLAMY within 30 days of receipt.
  • Once approved, we’ll pass along your pre-paid return shipping label and all the instructions needed to ship back your item.
  • Return shipping labels need to be printed by the customer returning the product and affixed to the original box.
  • Return labels expire after 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us.
  • Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 7-15 business days for the refund to be debited back to the original payment method.


  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • COLAMY CHAIR reserves the right to inspect all returns and determine applicable restocking and/or re-boxing fees. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items. Refused shipments will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please pack your return carefully so it will not be damaged in shipment. Prices are subject to change at any time. COLAMY CHAIR is not responsible for typographical errors. To start a return request, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to start your return request.
  • Orders over 1k will be subject to return shipping costs in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    We do not offer exchanges for other items of different variations of the same item. However, if you opt to replace the item(s), we will replace the item(s) per available stock upon receipt of your return. If you’d rather have a full refund, we will issue the full refund within 15 days of receipt and verification of your return.


    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
